Our Event Spaces

Coulter Room

The Coulter Room, complete with fireplace, projector and A/V equipment, and full service bar, suitable for business meetings and social events, as well as larger gatherings.

Capacity: Up to 100 guests
Up to 300 guests (including dance floor, when combined with the other Ballrooms)
Up to 340 guests (excluding dance floor, when combined with the other Ballrooms)

Fairway Room

The Fairway Room, equipped with a projector and A/V equipment along with a dance floor and stage is suitable for business meetings and social events or perfect for larger gatherings.

Capacity: Up to 100 guests
Up to 300 guests (including dance floor, when combined with the other Ballrooms)
Up to 340 guests (excluding dance floor, when combined with the other Ballrooms)

Garden Room

The Garden Room, suitable for business meetings and social events, is perfect for smaller gatherings.

Capacity: Up to 70 guests (can be split into 30 and 40 guest capacities)
Up to 300 guests (including dance floor, when combined with the other Ballrooms)
Up to 340 guests (excluding dance floor, when combined with the other Ballrooms)

The Founders' Board Room

The Founders’ Board Room, complete with fireplace and smart TV, suitable for business meetings and social events, is perfect for small gatherings. This room is available for all time slots including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Capacity: Up to 32 guests

The 1921 Room

The 1921 Room is available for all meals except Friday and Saturday evenings.

Capacity: Up to 24 guests

Lounge

The Lounge, complete with smart TV, suitable for social events, is perfect for small, informal gatherings, such as cocktail parties.

Cocktail parties are offered from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday through Sunday.

Capacity: Up to 40 guests
